Presale Orders

All clothing purchased during a presale is made and fulfilled after the presale period ends.

Presale orders are expected to ship within 30–45 days. This timeframe begins after the presale has ended and the order has been confirmed.

Please note that the 30–45 day timeframe refers to the time it takes for your order to be prepared and shipped. Delivery time after the order has shipped will vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Tracking information may take some time to update after your order has been shipped.

Delays

While we work to ship all presale orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional production, fulfillment, or carrier delays may occur. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will provide an update when possible.

Please do not place a presale order if you are unable to wait for the stated 30–45 day processing period.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipment.
